Do you provide an online gallery?

Yes. Once your photos are ready to be viewed, you will be so excited when you receive the link to your gallery PLUS the ability to order prints, wall art, and albums directly from your gallery!

What do I need to do to book a session?

How many outfits do I get?
​
For simplicity sake, I prefer to work with a maximum of two outfits!

Do you charge for travel?
​
I charge the standard IRS mileage rate for locations 40 + miles away from St. Cloud, MN. (currently $0.70/mile)

The Process

Schedule your session
Once you have scheduled your session, you can expect me to send you a link to schedule your family session within 72 hours!

It's picture time!
Jodie will guide you through the fun! She has created a posing system that will help you feel confident and help you and your family have so much fun in front of the camera. Are you excited yet?

Enjoy your photos!
Watch out for your prints and album in the mail!

Sign contract and pay booking fee
Once your contract has been signed, and the non refundable booking fee has been paid, you are officially booked with Heinen Media Co for your Family Session!

The ordering session
You get to meet with Jodie over Teams for a viewing and ordering session. You will look through all of the photos and pick your favorites for your family album and/or other prints.
Jodie will get a rough draft of the album to you for approval within 2 weeks of the ordering session.
Average turnaround time after ordering: 2-4 weeks.
Your Family Session investment starts at $399. Most families will spend $499-699
Your Family Session will include the following:

One hour family session

Choice of outdoor location or in studio (studio fees or travel fees may apply)

20-30 photos accessible by digital gallery

A virtual ordering/viewing session for you to select and order your favorite photos
